Due to a buggy update in the night of NYE, the message “Tracking-link detected” appeared accidently on some eBlockers. Mobile devices might not connect to the WLAN correctly (Captive Portal message.)

The bug has already been fixed and will be applied automatically on the night of January 2nd, if “Automatic Updates” is activated.

You can also update your eBlocker manually at any time. Please open the “Settings” and menu item “General” tab “Updates”. Disable “Automatic Updates” and the button “Check for updates” will appear. Klick the button and wait for the update to finish.

Please do not unplug your eBlocker during the update or reboot process. We recommend rebooting your eBlocker via “Settings > System” in the tab “Reboot and shutdown”.

Please apologize the mistake and have a great start into the New Year. Ours was a little bumpy ;-)
