Delivery status, Customer feedback and more
Dear customers and prospective customers,
Very much has happened and we are glad to present you a lot of news:
We are pleased to announce that the delivery has started and approx. 2 500 out of 3 500 eBlockers have been shipped. We are planning to have all eBlockers delivered till the end of this month. The eBlockers are coming by pallets (one pallet for each edition) from the factory in Bavaria and are shipped immediately after receipt by our logistician SERU. Since we are working pallet by pallet, it might happen that later orders are shipped sooner than orders which have been made earlier. Once your eBlocker has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery status via DHL or UPS.
We understand that you are highly anticipating your eBlocker but we kindly ask you to refrain from individual requests about your order again, as this does not accelerate the process. All shipping details have been sent to our logistician already and the eBlockers will ship immediately after receipt from the factory. Therefore we unfortunately don’t have the information about the exact day of delivery. Each supporter will receive his eBlocker very soon.
Note about license keys: A few customers have received their license key falsely via email. Please use the license key on the license card that is enclosed in your package only. The license key in your email is obsolete. Thank you very much.
Learnings from customer feedback
We are very thankful for the positive feedback and for the high praise for our project. Unfortunately, there are a few customers (approx. 30 out of 2 500 customers) that are having problems with the plug & play mode. Usually the reason lies in the plug & play mode not being compatible with some devices in the home network. We are currently aware about three models from AVM that are not compatible with eBlocker plug & play: AVM Fritz box 7490, 3490 and 7360. All other AVM models are not affected by this issue. Fortunately, this issue can be fixed with an individual setup and the eBlocker will run smoothly afterwards. Please find detailed instructions for the individual setup here.
Currently we are still investigating open support cases that don’t use any of these routers and hope to find a solution as soon as possible. If your eBlocker is not working as expected, please check our user manual first. For individual questions and support, please use our forum.
We keep on developing
Even though we have reached an important milestone with the delivery of the pre-orders, we have yet still to reach our goal. We still have a lot of milestones on our roadmap that we want to implement in the following weeks and months. Every activated eBlocker will receive the new functions automatically. Amongst the next functions are:
Additionally we are constantly fixing bugs and are improving the user interface. All improvements and new features are released approx. every three weeks via automatic updates.

Claus will be joining October 1st as Quality Assurance & Support Manager to speed up our support and Nikolas – starting Oct. 15th will join our IT team as Software Developer.
